I wanted to get Andrew on the podcast because he has worked on 3 different continents over the last 4 years, moving from working in Scotland to Qatar and now to Oregon. With Andrew having such a diverse background across 3 continents and 3 massively different cultures, naturally, we dive into how he dealt with that as well as the language barrier and how he communicated with coaching staff, colleagues and athletes.
