Does Lindsay Graham have the old Trumpster by the short hairs? Russian response coming?

Something seems odd in Trumpland.  Wonder why the Prez isn't being as vocal as usual about Ukraine? Seems like the 'Graham the Cracker' world tour is going to result in more money to Kiev, regardless of whether that is a good idea or not. Where is the Secretary of State anyway?
