This episode features Fort Lee Regional Chamber of Commerce member Vivian Green Korner. Vivian is a dementia care specialist who helps overwhelmed families facing the ongoing responsibility of caring for an adult with Alzheimer's disease or a related form of dementia.

She offers customized dementia plan of care to educate and empower caregivers. The plan includes: strategies to enhance communication, ways to minimize behavior and functional challenges, engaging activities community based care options and if needed resources and referrals to professionals which Vivian has vetted. Recognizing that dementia progressively changes, she offer both short and long term planning.
