She attended a Christian College, became a Middle School theatre teacher, still performs today as a singer and works for a brewing company. After a failed marriage, she simultaneously falls apart and blossoms. Unhealthy relationship patterning leads to domestic violence, as she continues attempting to “fix or save” her partners, while neglecting herself. Her self worth is crushed and her 'identity' questioned, ultimately feeding a growing addiction to alcohol. Her story is one of hope and resilience.

A huge empath, she holds space for everyone and is practicing doing the same for herself. The way she expresses and writes with such honesty will certainly help other victims of domestic violence before it could be too late.
