Mr John Pascoe is the President and Founder of SMILE Lectures currently working in Derriford Hospital, Plymouth as an Urology Registrar. He is a graduate of Peninsula Medical School with keen interests in medical education, mentorship & research.

Mr Paul Foster is the Vice President & Founder of SMILE Lectures currently working at Musgrove Park Hospital, Taunton as an Orthopaedic Teaching Fellow. He is a graduate of King’s College London with keen interests in medical education, paediatric orthopaedics & technology in medicine.
