Let's head to Wales and step inside a fortress standing on a site with almost 2000 years occupation. This castle was built in the late 11th century in the centre of this capital city which was grown around it. Today it is a breathtaking place to visit, but is also the haunt of all manner of nightmarish phantoms and creatures.
