Marya describes the rose as a "crown jewel," an archetypal representation of the different aspects of the Goddess that she has befriended on her path.
Together, the rose is seen as a "dream labyrinth," holding the intelligence and mysteries of the feminine experience. It symbolizes the blossoming, ripening, and shedding of the petals, mirroring the ages, stages, and evolutions of womanhood.
The rose is also connected to sacred lineages, the rose gamos (sacred marriage), and the celestial remembrances of the priestess archetypes.
