October 2018 with Lloyd Knowles

In this segment Liz interviews Lloyd Knowles who served as a member of the County Council and Chairperson of the Howard County Zoning Board in the very early days of Columbia. That was a significant role which determined among other things how the land was used and developed and in some cases preserved as open space. Lloyd also happens to be Liz‘s husband and one of her greatest mentors over the years.
