Why Confidence is Important for your Business

In this episode, I sit down with Shay Haddow, Author of “She The Confident” who is an expert coach and speaker on confidence and mindset, who’s mission is to empower girl athletes to build unshakable confidence so they can live and play to their fullest potential.

As someone who overcame her own confidence struggles as a college athlete, she knew it was her life’s purpose to now mentor female athletes to over come their own confidence struggles as well.

Growing up as a kid who had so much confidence as a young athlete, and then all of a sudden losing that confidence due to injury, was something she really had to work hard at to overcome. Once she realized how much mindset played a role in all that was when things changed.

The number one thing we need to understand with mindset and confidence is that we need to become aware of our thoughts and limiting beliefs. Accept them. Know that they are un-true and then learn to let go of them.
