Journey Through Spain with Joan Roca

Joan Roca, the Director of Basketball & Competition for the ACB in Spain, joins the PO:D to talk all things Spain and how they have become the 2nd best league in the world.  And, how they have done so with very limited resources.  From their youth programs, to their European competitions, to the ACB, we explore how 2019 FIBA World Champions develop players both technically and philosophically.  We talk 12/13 year olds playing with a shot clock and the foreign concept of sharing the basketball.
