Boundaries isn't that an interesting conversation. When we are in life many times boundaries of others and even our own thoughts can be so interesting to negotiate. If life hasn't already given you some interesting times it will soon or if about how can we set up that we are just as important as everybody else. I too right now is in the practice of finding boundaries with myself and others. Sometimes these boundaries even include our own thoughts, emotions and more. Boundaries isn't that an interesting conversation.

When we are in life many times boundaries of others and even our own thoughts can be so interesting to negotiate.

If life hasn't already given you some interesting times it will soon or if about how can we set up that we are just as important as everybody else. I too right now is in the practice of finding boundaries with myself and others.

Sometimes these boundaries even include our own thoughts, emotions and more. Today I am hoping this good conversation about how to support and negotiate the different boundaries that we come into.
