In this episode Millie chats with Ryan Sheldon from ‘Confessions of a Binge Eater’ he is a motivational speaker, radio show host, NEDA spokesperson and a brawn model. They talk about his experience with Binge Eating Disorder, Body Dysmorphia, the stigma he faced as a male struggling with an eating disorder and how he took the darkest time of his life and turned it into his career.
