この薬(くすり)を飲(の)めば、痛(いた)みがとれます。

kono kusuri o nomeba, itami ga toremasu.

this - medicine - (direct object marker) - if you drink - pain - (subject marker) - go away

When you take this medicine, the pain will go away.
