After relocating to America, Sonia explains to Jarlath how the ghost town of Nike’s HQ campus employs a steamroller to manicure its grass, the weird coincidence that produced a chance meeting with a competitor from her past and how she managed to charm her way into getting a vaccination within 48 hours of hitting American soil. The focus then turns to the most overlooked perils of running and how we might avoid these dangers.
