28. Tom Clary, Real Estate Agent - How to Invest in Real Estate

Today we will discuss a very important topic for building wealth: real estate. Many people from all over the world have built their wealth doing real estate investing. I mean people will always need a place to stay, right?

And even if you don't want to become a full scale real estate investor there is always something to learn, because most of us will do at least a couple of real estate transactions during our lifetime. One of my goals is to create a significant positive cashflow and one great way is through real estate. But you need to do it the right way. And today I am excited to learn from an expert.

To learn the do's and dont's of the real estate market I have brought in the expert Tom Clary. He is a real estate agent in Los Angeles with more than 10 years of experience.
