We fear our greatness more than we fear failure

I believe most people fear their greatness more than fear of failure. And many of us have a huge fear of failure. But there is a greater fear of our greatness because we care what other people think. We are scared of being judged if we are our authentic self. But we would experience peace and joy if we were to be authentic and be our best self.
