Trump signed the Opportunity Zone legislation (Tax Cuts and Jobs Act) in December 2017 and then created the House Opportunity and Revitalization Council by Executive Order in December 2018.  With over 8,700 Opportunity Zones identified by state Governors, the money tornado is accelerating. Who created and pushed the Opportunity Zone inclusion in the Jobs Act? The Economic Innovation Group, founded by Sean Parker, co-founder of Facebook with Mark Zuckerberg and its founding President. This spells trouble with a capital "T".
