”Then I consulted with myself”

In today's episode we learn about Nehemiah's reaction when he learned that the poorer Israelites were being forced into bondage because of their debt to their wealthier cousins, and how he "consulted with himself" before addressing the situation, rather than having a knee-jerk reaction that may have made things worse.
