In the Old Testament, God was rarely called Father—just a handful of times and often in a very general way. But in the New Testament everything shifts: over 100 times in John alone, Jesus speaks of God as Father. Why? Because the Song was sent to reveal the Father (John 14:9) and to bring us into relationship with Him. Jesus shows us that God is not a distant ruler, but "Our Father" (Matthew 6:9), the One we can run to with childlike trust.
Join us in Wilmington as Head Pastor Ryan Meade lays a foundation for the weeks ahead with an invitation to consider our relationship with the Father's love.
