The Mombasa Relief Initiative has worked hard to provide the basic necessities for the schools we support in Kenya. Food, water, electricity and tuition are all basic things schools need to properly guide young people on their educational journey; The one critical skill that’s not being taught at our schools is computers. This initiative will change that. Computer labs will be built at 5 schools and teach basic skills and coding to 3000+ students; this initiative will enhance our student’s ability to compete for jobs in this global economy that runs on computers. The cost to ship computers, clear customs, secure classrooms, add multiple power outlets, network switches and train teachers is $20,000. We need to raise these funds over the next 90 days (please help us provide the undeserved youth of Kenya with ” My First Computer“).
