Most people don't realize the power they truly have over their thought life. They also don't realize that a single thought can lead to their ultimate joy or pain.
In this episode, I am offering suggestions for practicing having thoughts that work for us and not against us. Over time, this practice leads to new automatic thought patterns that are positive, productive, and powerful. While we're not robots, we have a lot more control over the thoughts we choose to allow space in our minds and spirits.
