According to Dr. Christina, diseases are imbalances rooted in our autonomic nervous system. These imbalances mostly come from long exposure to stress, and they can attack any major system within the body. One of the best ways to repair your body is through acupuncture. The insertion of small needles not only targets affected areas to increase blood flow, but it works to bring the entire body back into homeostasis. It is only when we are aligned with our bodies, that we can prevent disease and increase our overall health.
