3. (5 min.) Student Member Report Ms. Madeline Pushard will present the student member report.

4. (15 min.) Interim Superintendent’s Report - Mr. Folan will present District progress, highlights, and accolades.

5. (10 min.) Teaching and Learning - Ms. Sarah Shannon will provide an overview and results of a department coordinator retreat focused on curriculum.

6. New Business

   1. (30 min.) MCAS District Overview: Ms. Deborah Rooney and Ms. Sarah Shannon will

      present a summary of the results of the Spring 2021 MCAS.

   2. (15 min.) Quarter 4 Financial Report VOTE: Mr. Marshall will present the Q4 Financial Report for a vote of approval.

   3. (2 min.) MOA Ratification: Mr. Folan will address the recently ratified MOA with the Canton Teachers Association.

   4. (5 min.) GMS MSBA: Mr. Folan will review the current status of the GMS MSBA application, along with any anticipated next steps.

   5. (10 min.) Communication Plan: Mr. Folan will provide an update on the District’s communication plan.

   6. (25 min.) Policy Review: Mr. Folan, Chair Merenda, and Ms. Kendall O’Halloran will present the following policies for a 1st read.

8. (15 min.) Director of Finance and Operations Report Mr. Stephen Marshall will report on the CCPC Applications for Projects, cover the new timeline for finance in 2021, and other business matters as deemed necessary.

9. (5 min.) Consent Agenda The consent agenda is designed to expedite the handling of routine and miscellaneous business of the District. The School Committee may adopt the entire Consent Agenda with one motion. At the request of any committee member, any item(s) may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda for discussion. Note: per Robert’s Rules of Order: A member’s absence from the meeting for which minutes are being approved does not prevent the member from participating in their correction or approval.
