The Story of Vintage Cooperative

Giving seniors an option beyond owning a home is not new. However Vintage Cooperatives, a project by Ewing Development, offers people an "ownership stake" in communal living while retaining independent activities of daily living. To date Vintage Cooperatives have opened several new properties and more are in the future. Here we visit with Shona Schmall and Tyler Cowman about the project and it's rapid growth.
