Episode 1: Notes on Spanish history before 1532

In this episode I discuss some of the most relevant aspects of medieval and early modern Spanish history. We focus on the Christian side of the peninsula and cover the infamous Reconquest, royal authority and state formation, the conquest of the Canary Islands, and more.
