RED SMITH joins Paul Preston to explain the latest on the Dallas, Texas shooting where 5 Dallas Police officers were killed. Red discusses the shooter and his motives and the type of weapon that was used. The big question remains: Were there other Shooters? Even Dallas Police Chief David Brown will not rule out there may have been other shooters. Paul and Red also discuss the attempts by the Obama administration to 'federalize' the nations police forces into one force controlled by President Obama through the two programs that have been implemented as grant programs through the Executive Branch in the White House. The 'Community Oriented Policing Program' or COPPS and the '21st Century Police Program'.
