Step into the velvet-draped parlour with Kaz and Rachel as they dive head-first into the bizarre and slightly morbid world of Victorian death and mourning practices. From mourning jewelry made out of Aunt Mildred’s hair, to funeral biscuits passed out like party favors, the Victorians really knew how to throw a “final farewell.” Kaz tries not to gag as Rachel explains the popularity of post-mortem photography (“say cheese… or don’t, because you’re dead”), while Rachel side-eyes Kaz for suggesting seances were basically just Victorian Zoom calls with the dead. Expect giggles, gasps, and at least one accidental snort-laugh as your favourite ghost-hunting duo unpacks how grief, fashion, and ghostly whispers collided in the most dramatic way possible.
