Catherine Owen @GeogMum joins Dorian in the TTR Radio studio to talk about the power of subject associations and how becoming involved with them can offer a wealth of opportunities and build a genuine sense of community in your subject area.

We also examine workloads, how to recognise that done is better than perfect and the importance of concentrating your efforts on things that matter to you most or will lead to the most effective outcomes.

COP26 also gets a look in and Catherine gives her thoughts on what needs to happen immediately after the conference in order for intention for change to become realities.
