What were his thoughts behind being a man hosting a podcast about women in Learning? And how can we all do more to lift the voices of women everywhere?

 

In short, Andrew sees the underrepresentation of women in senior roles in the learning function and uses his podcast to amplify women’s voices as they tell their stories all while talking about Learning and Development.
