Paul didn't say "We are going to take over Rome", but he says in the midst of what appears to be the greatest power on Earth, Rome, there will be a demonstration, a manifestation that Jesus Christ is really God, really alive and I'm in him and he's in me and it will be shown right here under these circumstances.
