EP 34 My One Word for 2022

I'm sure you've heard about people "choosing a word of the year" before, but today I am going to walk you through the exact process I use every year to choose mine! 

Let's get out our journals together and set our intentions for 2022. I have been choosing one word every single year for as long as I can remember. I hang it on my fridge, write it on my calendar, and think of it often. It helps me stay focused on my most important goals, and I think you will love it!
