I read from entorhinal to entrecôte.     The entorhinal cortex seems pretty important. It's "a widespread network hub for memory, navigation, and the perception of time." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Entorhinal_cortex     "Entrechat" really just means "intertwined". I'm still not sure about the "capriola".
