Oklahoma Hello Recipe:

- 1.5 oz gin

- 0.5 oz simple syrup

- 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur 

- 0.5 oz aperitif (Aperol or Campari)

- Juice of half a lemon

- Club soda/seltzer water

 

Combine gin, syrup, liqueur, aperitif, and juice in a shaker with ice. Add mixture to a highball glass or mason jar with ice. Top with club soda or seltzer water.
