Bruce Dixon is the co-founder and managing editor of the Black Agenda Report, the internet's leading progressive left non-partisan voice to the African American community. In the past, Bruce was a rank and file member of the Black Panthers in the late 1960s, and later became a leading union and labor activist and community organizer dedicated to improving many of our nation's poorest communities and neighborhoods. He also serves on the state committee of the Georgia Green Party.
