Silva works in his Central London private practice and online. He sees individuals and couples presenting with a wide range of sex and relationship issues. Silva specialises in working with sexual trauma, sexual and romantic affairs, and compulsive sexual behaviours. He works extensively with the LGBTQ community as well as the heterosexual population. Silva is a COSRT-accredited clinical supervisor offering ongoing and ad-hoc supervision for
mental health professionals. He is a Course Director for CICS (Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology) and a faculty member for IOSS (International Online Sexology
Supervisors) Silva delivers a range of trainings on psychosexual and relationship therapy, trauma therapy and compulsive sexual behaviour treatment. He is an accreditation assessor for COSRT (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists).
