PCOS/I'm fucking hungry and stressed Waffle Recipe:
Makes 2 servings:
Dry Ingredients:
100g Almond Meal
50g Flaxseed Meal
1 Tbl Cinnamon Powder
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
Wet Ingredients:
2 Tbl Butter
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
2 Eggs
Instructions:
Whisk wet ingredients into dry ingredients until smooth. Oil (we love coconut oil) waffle iron, cook until crispy and delicious! Serve with butter and maple syrup, jelly, or whatever you WANT. Do it.
