signs executive order rolling back Obamas “Clean” Power Plan. This will cause

immediate and angry responses from activists about how Trump is seriously

damaging the environment through reducing controls on “carbon pollution.”

What they will not tell the public is that the CPP only directly controls carbon

dioxide, which is the exact opposite of pollution (it is plant food, of course, and

in no way noxious to humans).
