Based out of Atlanta, Georgia, The Ides of June brings a refreshing new approach to the Southern Rock genre. Pulling influences from the likes of The Allman Brothers Band and The Black Keys, their sound is the product of a diverse background of influences from each member. Powerful vocals, thunderous (occasionally fuzzy) bass lines, funk and jazz inspired drum grooves and dual lead guitarists all contribute to the unique fusion of Blues and Southern Rock with just a touch of psychedelia to keep things interesting.
