This week we are joined by former WNCL cricketer Jenny Wallace! Wal has been apart of high perfomance programs for a fair majority of her life, as either a player or a coach. She now invests alot of time back to the next generation , mentoring and coaching, with a huge focus on leadership and building good relationships within your team. We chatted through a range if topics including the rise of women's cricket, and what AFLW could learn from them, the improtnace of a strong realtionship with your players as a coach and whatg she thinks is vital to a succseful high perfomance program!
