In this Episode I chat with one of Texas Monthly's newest Top 50 Joints,  LaVaca BBQ in Port Lavaca TX!  This is a Family owned business that was built and is run by the family! I had the pleasure of meeting these fine folks at BrettFest a couple of weeks ago and I loved their story and was blown away by their Smoked Tamales.  Although Lupe, Christine and Kelly have had success in BBQ, they're the new kids on the Block and they're really enjoying all of the comradery that they've experienced since the announcement!  This family has figured our simpler and smarter ways to do business, in some cases they were forced to due to lack of resources.  You're not going to want to miss this one.
