No notes, just rants this week. Jim went and ran the Upper Gauley River in WV and has a few tales from his trip. Arrona spent the weekend with an old friend in South Georgia  and Doug held it down back at HQ. Football is also happening while Jim & Doug are out on the NFL after just 2 games. College football (that matters) starts this week! And the obligatory RBG discussion & social issues round out the latest installment of rants. Enjoy!
