Episode 18: Talking Italy and the Devour Culinary Classic with Lauren Saria

In this episode, Jonathan and Damien welcome to the table local dining reporter, Lauren Saria from the Arizona Republic.  There was plenty to discuss as Lauren just returned from her first trip to Italy and spent this past weekend eating everything at the Devour Culinary Classic.  The guys open a some iconic Italian wines to share however this episode developed into a food and restaurant culture discussion in the end.  They do cover everything from what its like to be a food critic and some unique dining experiences such as eating bugs to having a debate whether pizza can be considered toast or not.  We hope you enjoy the episode, it was a lot of fun to record and quite entertaining.
