Season 3 Episode 7: What do Real Estate Lawyers do?

Joseph Berljawsky's practice and experience has been primarily focused on real estate and specifically commercial and private lending. Prior to joining Diamond and Diamond, Joseph was the managing partner of a leading GTA real estate firm and represents several schedule A banks as an approved lawyer for their commercial lending department as well as some of the largest private lenders, MICs and mutual fund trusts in Ontario.

 

Combining law with his social work background and training, Joseph also has unique expertise in the areas of commercial dispute resolution and negotiation.

 

Joseph holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Social Work as well as bachelors degrees in both Common and Civil Law from McGill University.
