Morning Report 13 Feb 20: Wall St rallies on easing coronavirus concerns

US markets have rallied with fresh all-time highs for the Dow Jones and S&P 500. Investors are hopeful on news that the spread of the coronavirus has slowed to the lowest levels in two weeks
