Episode 36 - Joe Gambardella & Adam Nicholas

On this episode of the Hockey Think Tank podcast, we sit down with Joe Gambardella and Adam Nicholas of Stride Envy Hockey.  Joe grew up on Staten Island, NY with zero hockey background from his family, but fell in love with the sport from an early age.  Throughout his whole career, he was never the best player but through sheer hard work and determination he kept rising up the ranks. He eventually landed a scholarship with UMASS Lowell (wait until you hear this recruiting story) where he met Adam and they developed an incredible relationship. Joe was always the underdog, told he was not fast or good enough to make it to the next level, but persevered to lead the Lowell program to new heights and eventually he would sign an NHL contract with the Edmonton Oilers where he plays in their organization today.  Joe's love for the game and his family are unparalleled and this is a true underdog story that we are so glad to bring you today!
