Why ASTA is Sounding the Alarm on American Airlines’ Early Move to NDC

Zane Kerby, president and CEO of the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA), talks with James Shillinglaw of Insider Travel Report about why ASTA has a challenge with American Airlines' move to implement New Distribution Capability (NDC) in April, earlier than anybody else and before almost everyone—other airlines, GDSs and travel agencies—is ready to move to the new system.
