Unions call this the largest health care worker strike in U.S. history. More than 75,000 workers at Kaiser Permanente are on day 2 of a 3-day walkout. Kaiser says they pay very well but union leaders say the health care facilities are understaffed and Kaiser deals in unfair labor practices.
