General Hospital sees the arrival of Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) in Port Charles has stirred up a series of romantic speculations. He has already shown his charm to Holly Sutton (Emma Samms), his former partner, before she disappeared with uncut gems. Since Sidwell's arrival, he has been seen flirting with several women in the city, despite his villainous reputation on the ABC soap opera. 

GH sees a potential love interest could be his ex-wife Natalia Rogers Ramirez (Eva LaRue), despite her previous concealment of their shared son and strained relationship. Sidwell's interactions with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), the trustee for the Casadine Estate, have raised eyebrows and could potentially lead to a new romance. 

General Hospital sees Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy), long overdue for romance, and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), who has been in Sidwell's orbit since his arrival, are also potential matches. The last speculated romance is with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), who, despite her recent fling with the despicable Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison), could find a distraction in Sidwell.
