Allowing God to Occupy Your Heart

In this "how-to" and identity episode we will explore what it takes to welcome the Holy Spirit and allow Him to fully occupy your heart so you may be and do all that He created you for. Dr. Patty shares how the definition of the promised land for the old covenant Israelites differs from the new covenant Jesus followers today. What does God's promise of presence, property and people relate to your destined calling? How much of your heart does God want you to surrender? What can it look like in your life when you learn how to walk by the Spirit and what's the process to get there? Jesus offers insight into what it looks like when you allow God to occupy more and more of your heart. He also addresses the issues of "self" and identifies it as the biggest barrier to you fulfilling your calling. Jesus shows you your heart and shares what would make Him feel more welcome to dwell there in your Experience Jesus encounter time.
