[Jonah 1:4-16]

Sin is a progressive disease. It begins with Christians becoming spiritually sleepy—just letting things go by without

notice. Then it progresses to insensitivity. Christians can become calloused to their sin. Finally, believers can fall into

a kind of spiritual insanity. Today’s message explains how Jonah responded to God’s attempts to get his attention.

Instead of repenting, the prophet doubled-down in his running from God.
